Angels in Adoption® Program

Honorees

Since its inception in 1999, the Angels in Adoption® Leadership Program has upheld a tradition of celebrating the extraordinary efforts of individuals, couples, families, and organizations who work tirelessly to advocate for children and youth in need of a safe and nurturing family. Throughout the 24 years, over 2,900 Angels have received this special honor. CCAI also awards a select number of National Angels in Adoption® honorees. As the name implies, these are individuals whose contributions in the fields of adoption or foster care have an impact on a national scale.

Honorees are awarded at CCAI’s annual Angels in Adoption® Celebration every fall in Washington, D.C. This event is an inspiring evening and celebrates the role that a loving family plays in the lives of children.

Angel Wings Scholarship Fund Application

It is our dream to be able to fly each and every Angel to Washington for the two days of events. Unfortunately, CCAI is not able to provide travel assistance to every Angel. To help defray some of the costs for Angels with demonstrated financial need, CCAI has set up an Angel Wings Scholarship Fund, which will provide partial scholarships toward travel and lodging in Washington. Unfortunately, the application period for the 2022 program has now closed.
